FIELD: combined ovens for preparation of foods through treatment with hot and air and microwave treatment. SUBSTANCE: oven includes preparation chamber, hot air preparation unit whose form and sizes ensure sufficient supply of air; oven is also provided with pipe line for gas communication. Oven is provided with thermal reservoir of high thermal capacity and high thermal productivity by air and heater for keeping the reservoir at high temperature. Regulating members are used for placing the heater in operation for preliminary heating of thermal reservoir and air surrounding it before blower is placed in operation, as well as for switching on the magnetron and placing the blower in operation in accordance with preset time mode.
