SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to radiation diagnostics in obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used to predict pregnancy in patients with chronic endometritis. To do this, an ultrasound examination is performed in the color Doppler mapping mode in the 2nd phase of the menstrual cycle, days 21-23, at the maximum image magnification and the minimum level of the Doppler filter. A transition zone is isolated at a distance of 5 mm from the border of the endometrium - myometrium, and in the speed range in the color Doppler mapping mode of 6 cm/sec, the area of ​​the transition zone (S, cm²) and in it the area of ​​vascular loci (Sn, cm²) are determined by manual tracing. Then calculate the coefficient of vascularization (k), as a percentage:

and with a value of k equal to or more than 30%, a high probability of pregnancy is predicted, with a value of k equal to 21-29%, the situation is regarded as uncertain, with k less than or equal to 20%, a low probability of pregnancy is predicted.
