METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF RISK OF MISCARRIAGE IN EARLY STAGES IN WOMEN WITH THROMBOPHILIA Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B8/06

Abstract RU 2679293 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to radiation diagnosis and obstetrics, and can be used to determine the risk of miscarriage in the early stages in women with thrombophilia. In the first trimester determine the indices of blood supply to the chorion on the ultrasound three-dimensional image of the ovum: vascularization index (VI), flow index (FI) and perfusion index (VFI). Color Doppler energy mapping window is used as a volume frame. Window is placed in the center of rotation of the image with the condition that the main axis passes through the center of the chorion. Outline the chorion when turning the image on the screen using the 15° trackball every 12 times in the VOCAL program of the ultrasonic device. Histogram with the results of the automatic calculation of blood supply indices within the received projections of the chorion is displayed on the monitor screen. If VI is less than or equal to 17.2 %, FI is less than or equal to 32.2 and VFI is less than or equal to 7.80, volumetric blood flow is considered inadequate and pregnant women are considered to be at risk of miscarriage.

EFFECT: method provides a reliable determination in early pregnancy of the risk of its miscarriage and the formation of primary placental insufficiency in patients with thrombophilia in the first trimester, and also increases the results of pregnancy through the use of three-dimensional ultrasound using the mode of color Doppler mapping and pulse-wave Doppler.
