SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular, to a new antibody specifically binding to lysyl-tRNA synthetase, usable in medicine. More specifically, the invention allows for an antibody capable of specifically binding to the N-terminal domain of the lysyl-tRNA synthetase enzyme (KRS, lysyl-tRNA synthetase) exposed on extracellular membrane.
EFFECT: antibody can be used in treating or diagnosing cancer, metastases in cancer, or diseases associated with immune cell migration.
