FIELD: furniture industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing door blocks and can be used in the furniture industry. The door block manufacturing method includes fixing the door frame of the door block on the berth of the device for manufacturing the door block in the horizontal position of the berth. The door block is assembled by fixing the door leaf in the door frame and checking the quality of the assembled door block in a position in which the slipway with the fixed door block is located at an angle of 80-90°.
EFFECT: elimination of the need to dismantle the assembled door unit from the slipway for its packaging by obtaining a gap between the door frame of the door unit and the slipway at the stage of fixing the door frame and subsequent placement of the packaging material in this gap and reducing the risk of defects in the process of packing the door unit.
