FIELD: dispensing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at controlled dispensing of small volumes of gases and non-magnetic liquids. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that a controlled microdispenser for liquid and gaseous non-magnetic media contains a container filled with magnetic liquid and placed with non-magnetic fasteners in an annular permanent magnet, while the container is made in the form of a flat optically transparent channel with a capillary injector for feeding non-magnetic metered media, which makes it possible to realize video recording of the size of detaching bubbles and non-magnetic droplets using a high-speed camera and illuminator mounted on a non-magnetic structure, working in transmitted light, in this case, the change in the size of the dosed media is carried out using a controlled electromagnet rigidly fixed coaxially to an annular permanent magnet.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of controlled continuous dispensing of micro-volumes of liquid and gaseous non-magnetic media with the possibility of visual monitoring and accurate determination of the flow rate of the dispensed medium.
