FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of ceramic materials for medical purposes, namely, to a method for obtaining a powder of crystalline calcium hydroxyapatite (HAP) of a stoichiometric composition of high fluidity, suitable for plasma spraying on ceramic and metal implants used in dentistry, maxillofacial surgery and orthopedics, as well as for 3D printing of ceramic bioresorbable implants. A method for producing hydroxyapatite powder of increased fluidity is proposed, including grinding hydroxyapatite to obtain powder, firing in a high-temperature furnace in an air atmosphere followed by screening, characterized in that to obtain a powder of hydroxyapatite of high fluidity, grinding of mechanochemically synthesized hydroxyapatite is carried out in a mechanical mortar to obtain a powder with a particle size of no more than 90 mcm, firing is performed at 1200°C, screening of the fine fraction on a sieve with a cell size of 40 mcm is carried out by dry, wet or wet-dry methods.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain a powder of hydroxyapatite of increased fluidity with a dispersion of 90-40 mcm, suitable for the manufacture of plasma-sprayed coating and in additive manufacturing.
