FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of bioceramics, in particular to the production of finely dispersed, micron-sized hydroxyapatite materials in the form of suspensions in various dispersing media: water, ethyl alcohol, dimethyl sulfoxide, glycerin. To obtain suspensions of finely dispersed hydroxyapatite in various media, hydroxyapatite synthesized by mechanochemical method was used. The preparation of suspensions was carried out using an immersion-type bead mill using balls of zirconium ceramics with a diameter of 1.5 mm, the processing time was 1-1.5 hours, the mass content of hydroxyapatite in the resulting suspensions was 30-50%. The mass ratio of the processed mixture/balls varied from 1/2 to 1. The rotation speed of the mill rotor was 500 rpm.

EFFECT: obtaining stable suspensions of hydroxyapatite in water, ethyl alcohol, dimethyl sulfoxide and glycerin with an average particle size of 1-1.3 microns.
