SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to novel anthelmintic compounds, specifically to a compound of formula (I) or a stereoisomer thereof, a physiologically acceptable salt and mixtures thereof. In formula (I), the values of radicals are as follows: R1 is hydrogen, R7 is independently selected from the group consisting of 6-member heterocyclyl comprising two heteroatoms O and N, hydroxy, NR8R9, R8 and R9 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-6-alkyl, R13 is hydrogen, R14 is hydrogen, or R13 and R14 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a non-aromatic ring containing 5 or 6 carbon atoms, where ring containing 5 or 6 carbon atoms is optionally substituted with one or more substitutes C1-3-alkyl or =O, and/or where one of the ring-forming carbon atoms is optionally substituted with -O-, or R13 and R14 together with the atoms to which they are attached form an aromatic ring containing 5 or 6 carbon atoms, where ring containing 5 or 6 carbon atoms is optionally substituted with one or more C1-3alkyl substitutes, R15 independently denotes hydrogen, R16 independently denotes hydrogen, R17 independently denotes hydrogen, R18 independently denotes hydrogen, R19 is independently selected from the group consisting of C6-10-aryl, where C6-10-aryl is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of C1-6-alkyl, C1-6-alkoxy, halogen, NR20R21, R20 and R21 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-6-alkyl, R25 is hydrogen. Also disclosed is a method of producing said compound and a veterinary composition.
EFFECT: invention provides novel anthelmintic compounds which can be used to treat infections in mammals caused by parasitic helminths, such as Dirofilaria, particularly Dirofilaria immitis.
