FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely, to production of a pharmaceutical composition for producing a lyophilisate enriched with prolonged-action hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), stimulating the proliferation of liver hepatocytes. Pharmaceutical composition for producing a lyophilisate enriched with prolonged-action hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), stimulating the proliferation of liver hepatocytes, containing a cell population, characterised by using a neonatal rat liver cell culture as a cell population and a source of HGF, and solutions of polyvinylpyrrolidone, sucrose, and albumin are used as a structure-forming agent and prolongator, at a certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: above solution provides a possibility of producing a lyophilisate agent stimulating liver regeneration.
