To do this, Levocarnitine is prescribed to a patient with connective tissue dysplasia 3 months before the elective operation in an average age dosage 2 times a day for 30 days. Then the level of matrix metalloproteinase I is determined in the patient and, if it is below 10 ng/ml, Coenzyme Q10 and Magne B6 are additionally prescribed in an average age dosage. Chondroxide ointment is applied to the skin in the area of the planned operation in two cycles of 10 days with a break of 14 days. A week before the operation, the level of matrix metalloproteinase I is re-determined and, if it is below 16 ng/ml, the operation is canceled, otherwise the surgical intervention is carried out in full.

EFFECT: invention reduces the risk of developing cosmetic defects in the area of a postoperative wound in surgical patients with connective tissue dysplasia.
