SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a parking complex of an airport, configured to assist the pilot of an approaching aircraft in manoeuvring the aerial vehicle to the parking position at the parking site. Claimed parking complex (100, 200, 300) of an airport comprises a display (130), a radio location system (110R), and one or more additional systems selected from laser systems (110L) and imaging systems (110C). The radio location system (110R) and one or more additional systems jointly form an integrated system (110, 210, 310). The parking complex (100) of an airport is configured to, based on the output data from said integrated system (110), detect and track (S108, S110) an aerial vehicle (10) within the parking area (20) when said aerial vehicle (10) approaches a parking site within the parking area (20) to park in the parking position (160), and is configured to, based on said detection and tracking of the approaching aerial vehicle (10), provide (S114, S116) manoeuvring guidance information for the pilot on said display (130) to assist the pilot of the approaching aerial vehicle (10) in manoeuvring the aerial vehicle (10) in the direction of said parking position (160).
