SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry. The tire mold (100) includes a set of sectors (101) separated from each other in the direction along the circumference of the tire, and a set of knives (120) designed to form slit-like grooves and located on the surfaces (102) of sectors (101) designed to shape the tread. The knives (120) are arranged with repetitions in the direction along the circumference of the tire with a repeating pattern (Pr). The nearest knife (121) is included in the set of knives (120), closest to the place (101a) of separation between the sectors (101), is more rigid than the knife (122) with the original shape corresponding to the knife (120) provided in the repeating pattern (Pr), different from the repeating pattern (Pr), which includes the nearest knife (121) to form a slit-like groove, in a place identical to the location of this nearest knife (121).
EFFECT: increase in the durability of knives designed to form slit-like grooves.
