SUBSTANCE: stated technical result is achieved by the user equipment (UE) receiving a synchronisation signal block (SSB) from the set of QCL SSBs from the base station, wherein the SSB contains an indicator of the parameter indicating the information associated with the multiple locations of downlink control channels corresponding to the set of QCL SSBs; based on the parameter, the UE determining the multiple locations of downlink control channels corresponding to the set of QCL SSBs; the UE accepting the downlink transmission authorisation for system information based on the monitoring of one or more locations of downlink control channels from the multiple locations of downlink control channels; the UE receiving system information based on the downlink transmission authorisation; the UE establishing a connection with the base station based on the SSB and the received system information.

EFFECT: improved indication of overlapping locations of control channels corresponding to a set of quasi co-located (QCL) synchronisation signal blocks (SSB).
