NEW VIRUCIDAL AGENTS CONTAINING COMPLEX BASED ON POLYPYRROLIDINIUM POLYMERS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A01N25/02 A01N29/00 A01N33/02 A01N33/06 A01N41/10 A61K9/70 A61P31/00 A61K31/78

Abstract RU 2782065 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to a disinfecting agent with virucidal action for treatment of surfaces and skin, containing a polymer-colloid complex obtained by mixing of 0.1-25.0 wt.% of poly-N,N-dialkyl-3,4-dimethylenepyrrolidonium salt of the general formula (I): , in which R1 and R2, independently of each other, are linear or branched alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms; X- is anion of fluorine, chlorine, iodine, J3-, J5-, bromine, bromiodide, or a combination thereof; moreover, average molecular weight of poly-N,N-dialkyl-3,4-dimethylenepyrrolidinium salt is from 500 to 1,000,000 g/mol, 0.001-5.0 wt.% of saccharide, wherein saccharide is monosaccharide selected from glucose, fructose, galactose, mannose, xylose, and/or isomers thereof, or oligosaccharide selected from sucrose, lactose, cellobiose, trehalose, maltose, and/or isomers thereof, as well as dextrins and cyclodextrins; 0.01-5.0 wt.% of methylsulfonylmethane, and a base in amount necessary for reaching 100%, in each case per the total weight of the disinfecting agent, as well as to an individual protection means pretreated with the disinfecting agent with virucidal action.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a high-efficient ecologically safe virucidal disinfecting agent relatively to enveloped and non-enveloped viruses, which can be used both for treatment of surfaces and as skin antiseptic with a prolonged action, which is safe for skin, which can be used, among others, for treatment of clothes, hair, medical masks, household items, personal hygiene items, etc., including by preliminary application to surfaces.
