SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to abdominal surgery, and can be used for precise intraoperative control of the volume of cruroraphia and fundoplication when performing operations for hernia of the esophageal orifice of the diaphragm in order to prevent postoperative mechanical dysphagia. The nasoesophageal assistant probe with a balloon for cruroraphia in the treatment of hernia of the esophageal orifice of the diaphragm consists of a 900 mm long silicone tube with a diameter of 6 mm (18 Fr), has one lumen connected to a cylindrical balloon located in the distal part of the probe, measuring 70 mm long, 20 mm (60 Fr) diameter when straightened. The diameter of the inflated balloon is calibrated and depends on the amount of 0.9% NaCl saline injected, as shown in the table in dwg. 4. Throughout the probe with a step of 10 cm, marks with a numeric designation are applied to control the introduction. In the proximal part of the probe there is a tap with a Luer-lock connector.

EFFECT: invention prevents the development of postoperative mechanical dysphagia by individually selecting the required diameter of the hiatal aperture of the diaphragm and the fundoplication cuff based on preoperative examination data.
