SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a user terminal of a next-generation mobile communication system. Claimed terminal comprises a receiving section configured to receive a set of configured grants, containing multiple configurations of configured grants; and a control section configured to control the activation or release of at least one of the multiple configurations of configured grants based on the value of the identification number field of the process of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) in the downlink control information (DCI).
EFFECT: possibility of proper control of the periodic uplink common channel transmission and the downlink common channel reception.
