SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely cardiac surgery. Two suture holders are applied to the right or left side wall of the ascending aorta behind the adventitial layer and the side wall of the superior vena cava in the projection of the ascending aorta and the superior vena cava. Next, a “bed” is formed for the prosthesis by resection of the paraaortic and paratracheal lymph nodes. Peeling of the pericardium from the anterior wall of the right or left pulmonary artery is performed, its mobilization from bifurcation to division into lobular branches is performed. A vascular clamp is applied proximally to the bifurcation of the trunk of the pulmonary artery on the right or left pulmonary artery, while 2 cm of the right or left pulmonary artery is isolated, followed by the formation of an anastomosis between the PTFE prosthesis and the right or left pulmonary artery.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to preserve the native autopericardium as a plastic material for subsequent stages of surgical treatment, and also prevents the development of the adhesive process in the anterior mediastinum, reduces the risk of complications during subsequent resternotomy due to the formation of a systemic pulmonary anastomosis without opening the pericardial cavity.
