SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Thermoelectrical air conditioner comprises thermoelectrical elements (modules), cold and hot radiators spring-loaded to said modules. Said radiators stay in contact with heat absorbing and heat emitting elements sites and are blown over by airflows generated by fans. Hot radiator represents electrically isolated sections whereon thermoelectrical modules are locked in pairs on their bases. Said thermoelectrical modules are clamped to bases of cold and hot radiators by stud with nut and two dual yokes with U-like spring.

EFFECT: higher reliability and lower heat losses.
