FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. Before surgery, a device comprising a needle and a fixing unit is assembled. The fixing unit in attached to a suture so that to find a knot strictly in the centre of the fixing unit on the side not adjacent to a wall of an operated organ. The assembled device is inserted into the abdominal cavity through a puncture. A laparoscopic needle holder is used to grip the needle and to puncture the organ. The needle is pricked into the anterior abdominal wall in a point above the organ traction point. The needle is gripped on the skin with the needle holder for open surgery. The suture is pulled through and fixed with a clamp. The fixing unit is tightly retained against the wall of the operated organ and the anterior abdominal wall performing the organostatic function.
EFFECT: method provides higher safety of laparoscopic operations by the temporary fixation of the organ.
