SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to methods for placing and controlling optical signaling devices for one- and two-wheeled vehicles with and without an engine. The method includes placing optical signaling devices in close proximity to the body of a person driving a vehicle. Giving turn signals and other warning signals without the impact of human hands directly on the elements of the electrical circuit connecting the optical signaling devices and their power source. Optical signaling devices are placed and fixed on outerwear. Optical signaling devices are controlled by sending a voice message, followed by voice signal processing and radio signal transmission. A device for processing a voice signal and transmitting a radio signal is placed on the outer clothing or protective helmet of the person driving the vehicle.
