FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology and is intended to assess the conformity of surfaces to a vertical or horizontal plane, as well as to measure the degree of deviation of the surface from the horizontal plane. A method for manufacturing an ampoule spirit level with a torus ring includes manufacturing a rectangular body, a transparent ampoule with a bubble fixed in a hole in the middle of the body, and a measurement scale at an angle of 0 to 360°. At the same time, a transparent ampoule is made in the form of a ring torus in the following sequence, it is made from a transparent thin-walled polycarbonate tube by gradual rolling into a ring and its subsequent gluing to obtain a ring torus, two scales from 0 to 360° are applied on two side surfaces of the ring torus. Next, the ampoule is filled with liquid by half and the second half of the ampoule of the torus of the ring is filled with a bubble, to fill the ampoule with liquid, a specially made stand template is used, into which the ring torus is installed, the marks 0° and 180° on the ampoule are aligned in the recess made exactly under half of the ampoule, strictly horizontally aligning them with the horizontal risks on the template, with a dispenser through a needle inserted into a hole pre-drilled on a transparent ampoule in the area of the number 270 in the direction of the diameter of the torus of the ring, along its middle line, a given volume of liquid is fed into the inside of the ampoule, visually check the fullness of the ampoule exactly half at the 0° and 180° marks, with deviations from the specified volume, either add or remove excess liquid through the hole in the ampoule with a medical syringe with a needle, then close the hole with a cork and seal it. Then the prepared ampoule is mounted in the hole in the middle of the rectangular body, aligning the divisions of the scales 0 and 180° coinciding with the average longitudinal lines on the wide sides of the body on both sides, with the possibility of reading, the angle on the scale opposite the liquid and bubble boundary on the right side of the ampoule, from zero degrees when the body is horizontal in the direction of turning it to the right up to 360°.
EFFECT: increasing the functional reliability of the manufacturing elements of the ampoule spirit level for ease of operation with a wide measurement range.
