FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used as a composite concrete column for residential and industrial buildings using composite hybrid reinforcement. Method of making a composite concrete column includes preparation of elements and installation of reinforcement frame, installation of formwork, pouring with concrete, wherein the longitudinal and transverse reinforcement in the form of clamps are made from fibreglass reinforcement in the cross-section of an ellipsoid shape, wherein fibreglass base of reinforcement core in form of fibre is impregnated with binding resins, bearing rod of reinforcement is made with winding, wherein the long axis of the ellipse is aligned with the direction of the maximum load of the cross section of the column, ellipse axes lengths are taken in proportion to design loads along cross-section axes in the middle of the column length, in the middle of the column a central transverse reinforcement is installed with a rectangle in the form of a clamp with the long axes of the ellipse perpendicular to the longitudinal reinforcement, subsequent horizontal reinforcing rectangles are installed with a non-linear increase in the distance from each other to the edges of the column in proportion to the decrease in the load along the diagram, when preparing transverse fibreglass reinforcement in the form of clamps, the corners are bent and simultaneously the sides of the rectangle are turned through 90° along the longitudinal axis of the reinforcement and with the location of the long axis of the ellipse in the plane of the clamp, installation of linear sections of the reinforcement cage is preliminary carried out in a template, which allows to evenly combine the long axis of the reinforcement ellipse with the maximum loads on the column, and with the subsequent installation of the common reinforcement cage at the location, wherein fibreglass reinforcement core in the form of fibre, impregnated with binder resins, is performed with the addition of quartz powder, previously uniformly mixed in the resin, winding bundle is also made with the addition of quartz powder, previously uniformly mixed in the resin.
EFFECT: increasing bearing capacity of composite concrete column.
