FIELD: measuring technology.

SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to measuring technology and is designed to assess the conformity of surfaces to a vertical or horizontal plane, as well as to measure the degree of deviation of a surface from a horizontal plane. A method for manufacturing an ampoule spirit level for simultaneous measurement in two planes includes manufacturing a body with two transparent ampoules with bubbles and measurement scales at an angle of 360° in each of them, and the transparent ampoules are mounted in two mutually perpendicular planes in cylindrical holes in the middle of the body flush with each plane. Transparent ampoules are made in the form of a ring torus in the following sequence, they are made from a transparent thin-walled polycarbonate tube, by gradual rolling into a ring and subsequent gluing it to obtain a ring torus, scales from 0 to 360° are applied on the side surfaces of each ring torus. Next, the ampoules are half filled with liquid and the second half of the ampoule of the ring is filled with a bubble, to fill the ampoules with liquid, a specially made support template is used, into which the ring torus is installed, in a recess made exactly under half of the ampoule, the 0° and 180° marks on the ampoule are aligned, strictly horizontally aligning them with the horizontal risks on the template, dispenser, through a needle inserted into a hole pre-drilled on each transparent ampoule in the area of ​​​​the number 270 in the direction of the diameter of the torus of the ring, along its middle line, a given volume of liquid is fed into the ampoules, the fullness of the ampoules visually checked exactly half at 0° and 180° marks, in case of deviations from the predetermined volume with a medical syringe with a needle through the hole in the ampoules, excess liquid either added or removed, then the holes are closed with stoppers and sealed, the divisions of the scales 0 and 180° are aligned coinciding with the average longitudinal lines on each side of the body and fix the ampoules in cylindrical sealant holes.

EFFECT: increasing the functional reliability of the manufacturing elements of the ampoule spirit level for simultaneous measurement in two planes for ease of operation with a wide measurement range.
