SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a guide RNA molecule of the CRISPR-Cas system, a ribonucleoprotein complex of the CRISPR-Cas system containing the above molecule, as well as kits containing a ribonucleoprotein complex of the CRISPR-Cas system and specific oligonucleotides for preliminary amplification of a highly conserved region of the hepatitis virus genome C.

EFFECT: invention allows efficient detection of hepatitis B virus DNA after specific amplification of a fragment of the genome of this virus; invention provides detection of single copies of hepatitis B virus DNA.
