FIELD: genetic engineering; biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to obtaining ribonucleoprotein complexes of the CRISPR-Cas system. A method of obtaining a preparation of the CRISPR-Cas ribonucleoprotein complex and a preparation of the CRISPR-Cas ribonucleoprotein complex are proposed. The following is performed: synthesis of guide RNA with SEQ ID NO: 1-5. The Cas protein of the CRISPR-Cas LbCpf1 family from Lachnospiraceae is complexed with at least one resulting guide RNA.
EFFECT: inventions provide detection of single copies of hepatitis C virus RNA of genotypes 1b and 3a.
