FIELD: drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for spraying drying. A method for spraying drying to a state of powder of spraying drying is proposed, wherein a liquid composition dried by spraying does not contain a carrier. The liquid composition dried by spraying is subjected to treatment with a solid substance concentration not exceeding 80% by weight of the total weight of the liquid composition dried by spraying, with its subsequent fine-dispersed spraying into a spraying drying chamber to obtain finely dispersed aerosol of liquid particles of the liquid composition dried by spraying, in which finely dispersed aerosol contacts a drying medium flow coming to the spraying drying chamber at a temperature of no more than 100°C to obtain spraying drying powder.

EFFECT: high-effective drying by spraying of powder-like products.
