FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an integrated process for maximum extraction of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), including: a) the supply of hydrocarbon-containing raw materials containing ligroin and a hydrogen stream into the reforming zone; b) the reforming of hydrocarbon-containing raw materials in the reforming zone in the presence of a hydrogen stream and a reforming catalyst to create a reforming product stream; and c) separation of the product stream reforming in the separator to create a steam flow of the reforming product and a liquid flow of the reforming product; d) the flow of at least part of the steam flow of the reforming product and at least one stream containing C6- hydrocarbons into the compressor from one or more of the hydrocracking zone, isomerization zone and transalkylation zone to create a pressurized liquid flow; e) the flow of pressurized liquid and the liquid flow of the reforming product into the debutanizer column of the reforming zones to create a flow of the upper product of the debutanizer column and the fraction containing LPG. The invention also concerns a variant of an integrated process for maximum extraction of LPG.
EFFECT: reduction in capital and operating costs, maximum extraction of valuable lighter hydrocarbons, such as LPG.
