FIELD: hydrogen recovery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an integrated process for maximizing hydrogen recovery. The process includes: supplying a hydrocarbon-containing feedstock containing naphtha and a hydrogen stream to a reforming zone, wherein the hydrogen stream is obtained from at least one of a hydrocracking zone, a transalkylation zone, and an isomerization zone. The hydrocarbon containing feedstock is reformed in a reforming zone in the presence of a hydrogen stream and a reforming catalyst to create a reformate stream. At least a portion of the reformate stream enters the debutanization column of the reforming zone to create a final stream of hydrogen and a fraction containing liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). At least a portion of the final hydrogen stream is returned to the reforming zone as a hydrogen stream. The invention also relates to an integrated process variant for maximizing hydrogen recovery.
EFFECT: complex integration of hydrocracking zone, transalkylation zone, isomerization zone with reforming zone with lower capital and/or operating costs for the process as a whole for maximum hydrogen recovery.
