FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in overburden and mining operations in fields built from dense rocks and half-rocks, using earthmover-milling machines and combined quarry transport. Method includes using an automated complex interfaced with a conveyor with receiving capacities, earthmover-milling machines for loosening the rock with the placement of rock mass in the trenches, from which it is extracted and transported from near sites – by scrapers, and from distant sites – by forklifts and dump trucks. Increase in the efficiency of operations is ensured by gravitational unloading of the scraper bucket after contact with the receiving capacity of the automated complex when the rear wheels of the scraper reach the receiving capacity and the subsequent rotation of the scraper bucket in the vertical plane by means of a hinged coupling and hydraulic cylinders mounted on a traction frame connected to the axis of the rear wheels. Filling of the scraper bucket and the dump truck with rock mass is recorded using sensors of the automatic control system.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of field development due to differentiation of the quarry into areas for the transportation of rock mass from near sites by means of scrapers, and from distant ones – by means of dump trucks, ensuring independent unloading and improving the process of unloading scrapers due to their design, which ensures bucket rotation in the vertical plane.
