FIELD: ground objects masking means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for masking ground objects from visual and optoelectronic surveillance equipment operating in the visible wavelength range. The device for adaptive masking of ground objects consists of a vertical screen (1) in the form of a closed structure with light guides (5) placed in it, the ends of which are brought to the outer surface of the screen (1) in diametrically opposite directions relative to the masked object. In addition, a screen (2) with light guides (5) is introduced, the shape and external dimensions of which correspond to the shape and dimensions of the section of the vertical screen (1) in the horizontal plane. An optical system (4) is installed at the ends of each light guide (5) of the vertical (1) and additional (2) screens. The optical system (4) of at least one light guide (5) of the additional (2) screen is directed to the underlying surface (6) adjacent to the object (3) outside the vertical screen (1) and is connected to the input of the splitter (7) of the optical signal, the outputs of which are connected to the ends of the optical fibers (5) of the additional (2) screen, opposite to the ends with optical systems directed upwards.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of camouflage of ground objects at different observation angles.
