SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely ultrasound diagnostics, gynecology and urology. The installation of a condom in the vagina is performed. At the same time, water at a pressure of 50 mm Hg is injected into the condom through a catheter and a three-way tap with an attached pressure gauge for measuring arterial pressure. To the part of the condom protruding from the vestibule of the vagina, a sensor is installed in the sagittal plane with visualization of the vaginal walls and the distances between them are measured by +1 cm, 3 cm, 5 cm, 7 cm from the vestibule of the vagina and then the sensor is installed in the frontal plane and the above studies are repeated. After that, the patient, on command, compresses the muscles of the sphincter of the anus, vagina and the muscle group involved in interrupted urination as much as possible for 30 seconds with the repetition of the above measurements.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain the results of measuring the work of the pelvic floor muscles in women at a specific point of the vagina, visualize the contraction of the vaginal walls as an indicator of the work of the pelvic floor muscles, measure the dynamics of the dimensions of the vagina in real time as an indicator of the work of the pelvic floor muscles; the method avoids additional costs, and is also easy to perform.
