FIELD: medicine; gynaecology.
SUBSTANCE: metering apparatus for contractility of small pelvis muscles is introduced into vagina. Said apparatus comprises a handle, a cylindrical body of length 233 mm and diametre 25 mm, and two adjacent parallel metering pads slotted into the body and held with a cap. The bossy accommodates two tensometric sensors of measurement range 0.5 kPa to 30 kPa. The patient should squeeze together sphincter muscle of anus, vaginal muscles and ground of muscles involved to stop urination and to hold within 1-2 minutes. Signal registration and recording is aided with an obstetrical computer monitor.
EFFECT: higher measuring sensitivity, reduced acquisition time, provided separate and resultant measurement of contractile force.
