FIELD: rolling production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of flat rolled products for the production of bands with a transverse profile having a multiple positive bulge. Rolling is carried out on a rolling mill containing finishing crates equipped with corresponding working rollers for supply of a band of a certain width. Working rollers of the last finishing crate are equipped with a profile with a multiple negative bulge. A number of bulges in the profile of working rollers correlates with a number of parts, into which the manufactured rolled band is subsequently separated in a longitudinal direction. Working rollers are made with the possibility of axial displacement, wherein the specified axial displacement provides a possibility of change in a position of bulges of working rollers relatively to a position of the band.
EFFECT: manufacture of a final thin band is provided, which can be subsequently separated in a longitudinal direction in such a way that to obtain two or more separate band parts.
