FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to finishing-stripping and hardening processing of parts in a free granular medium; it can be used in mechanical engineering in dimensionless processing of parts. The device contains a reel with flat end walls of an ellipse shape, obliquely installed relatively to the horizon, elastically installed on a frame with means for loading and unloading, and a drive. The reel is installed at an acute angle to the axis of its rotation and is made in the form of a combined screw rotor, along an inner perimeter of which screw pockets of a triangular shape are made, and along an outer perimeter, screw protrusions are made. Walls of the specified rotor are mounted at an acute angle to each other and at different acute angles to the horizontal axis of rotation of the rotor, are turned relatively to the axis of rotation and each other, and are made, along the perimeter, with generatrixes in the form of alternating protrusions of a triangular shape, corresponding to protrusions on the outer perimeter of the rotor. The rotor with the means for loading is mounted on a platform and is equipped with loading and unloading trunnions of a conical shape with conical springs with square-section turns, rigidly fixed along their inner diameters.
