FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in finishing-cleaning and hardening parts processing in free granulated medium. Device comprises an elastically mounted on a bed with means for loading and unloading a drum with a drive. Drum is made screw-like in the form of a polyhedral screw pyramid with flat facets along its perimeter and with flat end face jaws of polygonal shape mounted at an acute angle to each other and at different sharp angles to the helical drum rotation axis. Latter is made with conical loading and unloading trunnions with inclination to one side of unloading and conical springs rigidly fixed by their inner diameters with turns of trapezoidal cross-section and slope towards unloading. Axes of said face jaws are turned along axis of drum rotation relative to each other at acute angle, at that, ribs of pyramid are bent along helical lines.
EFFECT: as a result, the device technological capabilities are expanded and processing efficiency is increased.
