FIELD: pumping equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pumping equipment and can be used for oil production from wells, including high-viscosity ones. The rod pump valve assembly comprises a housing 1, a seat 2, a locking element 9 with a ball 10, a guide cage 5. The element 9 is made in the form of an elongated drop with a center of gravity shifted down and an increased weight with an upper part of a conical, medium cylindrical and lower spherical shape, which formed by a rigidly mounted ball 9 interacting with the seat 2. The cage 5 is equipped with vertical centering ribs, pointed inwards, and a stroke limiter 7, which is installed at the upper ends of the centering ribs and is connected to them by bridges. The travel limiter 7 is made with dimensions that provide radial and axial passage channels of the cell 5 with the maximum possible passage sections and a guaranteed stop of the element 9 into it, in accordance with the gap between the element 9 and the centering ribs. The cylindrical part of the element 9 is made with a height greater than the diameter in the cross section of the circle described along the inner surface of the centering ribs.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the operational reliability of the valve assembly, expanding the scope.
