FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for laparoscopic intracorporal termo-terminal circular-peritonized colonic anastomosis. Left half of the large intestine is mobilized. Intestinal wall is treated in a proximal direction to the pathological process and two transverse ligatures are applied by an intracorporeal self-tightening unit. Between the ligatures the large intestine is transected and removed through a mini-laparotomy orifice from the abdominal cavity. Extracorporeally in the proximal portion of the resected colon, the head of the circular stapling apparatus is sutured in the colon lumen and returned to the abdominal cavity. Carboxiperitoneum is restored. Suturing apparatus is transanally introduced. Integrated retracting trocar is pulled through a self-tightening assembly of the distal portion of the resected colon assembled into the pouch. Colonic wall is uniformly distributed as a tent. Formation of intracorporeal anastomosis is completed with two-row hardware lock suture.

EFFECT: method enables reducing a risk of anastomosis inconsistency.
