FIELD: chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemical and pharmaceutical industry and concerns a liquid pharmaceutical composition having an anesthetic effect. The composition includes sodium metamizole, citrate buffer, sodium saccharinate, sodium cyclamate, hawthorn extract, and purified water, at a certain quantitative ratio of components to obtain the composition (wt.%): sodium metamizole – from 250,000 to 750,000, anhydrous citric acid – from 0.0045 to 0.0133, sodium citrate dihydrate – from 1.8312 to 5.4935, sodium saccharinate – from 0.1500 to 0.4500, sodium cyclamate – from 1.2500 to 3.7500, dry hawthorn extract – from 0.1500 to 0.4500, purified water – up to 100 ml.
EFFECT: pharmaceutical composition, according to the invention, has a pleasant taste and improved bioavailability compared to a drug according to a prototype.
