FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building materials technology, in particular to the persistent curing of concrete products. A curing agent for molded concrete products is a polymeric additive added during the concrete mixing process that forms a polymeric film in the matrix during at least the first two hours of curing of the molded product and consists of the following components: water - 50.77%, styrene/butyl methacrylate copolymer - 47.11%, 2-(2-(2-dodecyloxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)sodium ethyl sulfate - 2%, styrene - 0.02%, methyl methacrylate - 0.05%, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate - 0.05%. The amount of the additive is 5 to 7 kg per 50 kg of cement added in the process of mixing concrete.
EFFECT: increase in strength, water absorption and frost resistance of molded concrete products.
