SUBSTANCE: invention relates to train traffic control devices. In the system on the involved locomotives of trains, the on-board devices (7) of each of the train control cabins include a combined signal receiver (8) from the track circuit of loops (6) of inductive coupling and a unit (9) for determining the coordinates of the location of the SG (5), a unit (10 ) generating a signal to release the RC (2), an intermodule communication interface (11), a radio transceiver (12), a locomotive motion control unit (13), a satellite navigation receiver (15) and a unit for measuring the distance traveled and movement speed (16), an electronic route maps (14) and devices for monitoring the integrity of the train (17) and a digital radio channel (18) connected to stationary radio transceivers (19), microprocessor modules for data exchange and comparison (22) of the locomotive control cabins interacting with each other through an external communication interface (23). On the railway section (1), the system includes RC track circuits (2), equipment (3) for monitoring track circuits, which is included in the sets of electrical interlocking posts (4) at the respective stations A and B, limiting the stage (1), track generators (5) , located at the supply ends of the RC (2), each of which is connected to the rail, stationary local digital data transmission networks (21), stationary radio transceivers (19) interacting with each other via a wired communication line (20).

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the system is achieved due to the mutual redundancy of various channels for generating and processing signals.
