SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for accounting and issuing a vehicle key chain. The technical result is achieved by means of a system for accounting and issuing at least one vehicle key chain, containing: at least one electromechanical box with a sliding storage panel containing at least one cell for placing the key chain, configured to register the fact of presence or absence of the key chain therein; a main controller of the electromechanical box; a control computer for the main controller, configured to generate control commands in response to user identification data received from the identification apparatus of the user; at least one identification apparatus of the user; at least one remote server for receiving key chain state change accounting data from the computer and subsequently storing said data in the database of said server.

EFFECT: provided possibility of accounting and issuing a vehicle key chain with simultaneous possibility of identifying the user by verifying their biometric data and/or the magnetic card of the user for the subsequent issuance of a key chain.
