FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to friction discs. The friction disc contains a metal frame on which twelve petal composite pads with flat friction surfaces are fixed, located at the same distance from the disc rotation axis at an angle of 30° relative to each other. The inner hole of the friction disc is equipped with a hub with mounting grooves. The metal frame has six cutouts for the entire depth of the disk in the form of petal friction linings located at the same distance from the axis of rotation of the disk at an angle of 60° relative to each other. On the rear side, the friction disk is equipped with a pressure disk containing four prismatic projections, a return spring, and four linear dovetail-type dry sliding guides with axial stops. In addition, there are six petal composite pads with flat friction surfaces made of a more wear-resistant material and four pressure prismatic cams, as well as four linear dovetail-type dry sliding guides with radial stops.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency is achieved.
