FIELD: friction clutches for automobiles. SUBSTANCE: friction clutch includes pressure disk, cover disk, clutch member and disk spring. Cover disk is non-rotatably connected with housing for limited axial motion. Axially compressed disk spring is fitted between housing and cover disk. Disk spring is rotatable relative to support mounted in housing; it may act on cover disk in direction of clutch member pressed between pressure disk and cover disk. Clutch is provided with adjusting device for compensation for wear of friction linings. EFFECT: continuous power action of disk spring on cover disk within entire service life of clutch; simplified construction; reduced overall dimensions; enhanced operational reliability. 42 cl, 34 dwg
