FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, and in particular to the structures of propulsion systems of an underwater vehicle. The propulsion system contains a linear movement mechanism and a propeller shaft control mechanism combined in one functional element and placed in one housing. The linear movement mechanism contains a propeller shaft, one end of which is connected to the propeller, and the other end is connected to the traction engine through the intermediate and telescopic shafts connected in series by universal joints. The propeller shaft is rigidly fixed in a ball joint installed in the housing with the ability to perform rotational-oscillatory movements. The propeller shaft control mechanism contains two electric motors. In the disks of the rotors of the electric motors, located coaxially with the traction motor shaft, through slots are made, in which a cylindrical bushing is installed, in the hole of which the intermediate shaft is installed. On one disk, the slot is made of a rectilinear shape, and on the other disk, the slot is made in the form of a section of the Archimedes spiral. The slot at the beginning and end has a rounding with a diameter equal to the width of the slot. The center of the rounding diameter at the beginning of each slot coincides with the center of the disk, and the distance from the disk center to the rounding center of the end of the slot is at least three such diameters. On one of the disks at the beginning of the slot, a bushing ejection mechanism is installed.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of the propulsion system and increase of its operational reliability.
