FIELD: foundry production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production, in particular to non-stick heat-resistant paints for graphite molds and rods applied to the inner surface of the equipment, and can be used in the production of castings from chemically active metals and alloys. The non-stick paint contains, wt. %: refractory filler in the form of yttrium oxide (powder with a particle size of no more than 10 mcm) 43, organic binder in the form of technical carboxymethyl cellulose 1.13, polyvinyl acetate emulsion glue (PVA) 3, water being the rest.
EFFECT: creation of high-quality non-stick paint for graphite equipment with high sedimentation resistance, hiding power, abrasion resistance of the coating and the possibility of applying by pneumatic method.
