FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing serial interfaces. The technical result is achieved by the method including the following stages: generating a first message; generating a second message based on the first one whereto word length errors are introduced by adding or deleting data; sending the generated messages to the tested module three times and monitoring the state of the module after each sent message.
EFFECT: accelerated process of testing and increase in the functionality thereof due to the provided possibility of detecting a new type of errors.
