SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermoelectric semiconductor refrigeration technology, namely to the production of cold and heat in an aircraft for the purpose of air conditioning and heating and cooling of an aircraft generator, the presence or absence of which is associated with the weight and size indicators of the generator. The power supply of the thermoelectric semiconductor refrigerator - heat pump is carried out from an electrostatic generator, which uses the kinetic energy of the incoming air and, due to friction on the aircraft elements, creates a flow of free electrons moving towards the tail of the aircraft. The flow of free electrons from the surface of the aircraft in places with good airflow and the highest surface density of electrons is carried out using copper conductors, through which electrons that have lost the status of free and become conduction electrons will begin to flow into the electrical circuit of an electrostatic generator that produces direct electric current and which is passed through a heterogeneous semiconductor electrical circuit with soldered ends of two semiconductors, and in which different temperatures arise in the junctions, when a direct electric current passes.

EFFECT: technological project for the construction of a thermoelectric semiconductor refrigerator - a heat pump is developed.
