SUBSTANCE: use: for thermoelectric reversible cycles implemented with the help of Seebeck and Peltier effects. Summary of invention is that the heat into electrical energy direct conversion method in thermoelectric cycle, implemented with the heat supply from the heater to the dissimilar semiconductor rods from the electronic (n type) and hole (p type) materials contact point, based on the reversible Seebeck effect, and the heat release into the refrigerator with the reversible Peltier effect at the rods opposite ends at the contact points with the current collectors included into the electric circuit with load, differs in that the heat into electrical energy conversion is carried out in a direct reversible thermoelectric cycle with the heat supply to the thermoelectric element from electronic (n type) and hole (p type) materials electrically connected dissimilar semiconductor rods contact point, each of which has electrical and thermal contact with made of electrically conductive material, for example of copper, busbars, arranged along the rods entire length along the heat flow propagation along the heater-cooler line, which in each of the rods whole volume together with the copper bus allows to reversibly convert the heat at each elementary temperature level based on the Seebeck and Peltier reversible effects and eliminate losses for the rods thermal conductivity and Joule heating, and for the heat removal to the cooler from the rods opposite ends in the current collectors contact points.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of opportunity to increase the power plants, refrigerating machines and based on thermoelectric cycles heat pumps thermodynamic, technical and operational efficiency.
