FIELD: wireless communication.

SUBSTANCE: terminal device receives the first data and a quality of service (hereinafter – QoS) parameter corresponding to the first data, wherein QoS parameter contains at least one of information about reliability, about waiting time, about communication range, about data transmission speed, and about service type. The terminal device sends an identifier corresponding to QoS parameter to a network device. Sending of the identifier to the network device contains sending of a buffer state report (hereinafter – BSR) containing the identifier. BSR additionally contains the total data volume of all data, which is in the terminal device, and which corresponds to the identifier, or BSR additionally contains information about a destination address, corresponding to the first data and/or data volume of all data, which is in the terminal device, and which corresponds to both destination address information and the identifier.

EFFECT: provision by a network device of resource planning for a terminal device, satisfying requirements for quality of service of data transmission along a side communication line.
